Sleep Number

Angela and Doug were so helpful. Doug helped me pick out the perfect pillow. We were explaining to Angela that we weren’t sleeping well in our SN mattress. She took the time and interest to explain the process to us, and once we recalibrated our mattress, we’ve never slept better. Thank you both for excellent customer service in a world where customer service is practically non-existent

We had such a great experience working with Angela at Sleep Number! She was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in and made us feel comfortable right away. She spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions, and was so patient as we figured out what worked best for us. After leaving the store before we made our final decision, she was extremely responsive with messages and follow-ups, and worked extra hard to get us the best discount which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We even bonded over our love of reading and shared book recommendations, which made the process more fun and added an extra personal touch to the whole experience. We truly appreciated Angela’s help and would highly recommend working with her.

I had a great experience at this Sleep Number location. Angela, the store manager was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the adjustable firmness and sleep tracking features work. I never felt pressured to buy, which made the process comfortable and easy. The store was clean and well organized, and I was able to test different mattress settings to find what worked best for me. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re considering upgrading your sleep!

Angela at Sleep Number in Eatontown NJ was so great with helping me figure out what I needed. She made the process which I thought was going to be overwhelming so simple. I’m very happy with the in store experience and am looking forward to having my new bed installed. Angela and Doug were both welcoming warm and friendly and that’s rare to find in a retail setting anymore.

I’m very happy with the Service Sleep Number gave to my wife and my Self . Angela store manager answered all the questions we had.
