Sleep Number

My husband and I drove out of our way on the way back from vacation to purchase pillows and take advantage of a pillow fit promo offering 40% off. After we both decided on the pillows we wanted, the salesperson Zunaira told me there wouldn't be a discount. I decided I would wait. A couple of days later I received another email with the same promotion. I reached out to sleep number directly and was told it was only an in store promotion and the store had made a mistake. I reached out to Zunaira and after some back and forth she was able to order them for me on line. After getting a confirmation email the next day I received another email that I wouldn't receive the pillows until October. My only option is to drive 45 minutes and purchase the pillow at the store. They did however charge my credit card. I will be canceling the order and never visit this store again. If you are offering a promotion your employees should be aware of how to process a purchase. I understand mistakes happen but unfortunately the local store or sleep number customer service is unable to make this right.

I was looking for a new specialty pillow for my trouble neck and I encountered Zunaira. She took her time to look at my prior purchases to make sure she was not selling the same again. I was so grateful because no one at sleep number bed before had done that simple step. She gave me her hones opinion and suggestions. I end up buying a new pillow that I am still trying out and so far is being good!! Thank you so much Zunaira for your amazing and caring customer service.

The Manager. Shonette was great. She listened to my concerns and helped me pick the bed that will help me sleep well. She did not rush me at all. She is knowledgeable and a true expert in her profession. She was very pleasant and courteous. I enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this store.

Zunaira was a pleasure to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job finding the perfect bed for me. She even reached out several times after receiving the bed to check in and ask how my quality of sleep has been. It is clear to me that she puts the wants and needs of the customer before anything else. Highly recommend going to see her if you're thinking about getting a new bed as her customer service is top notch and the product itself

I visited Sleep number in Old Bridge (Route 9 South) looking for a mattress. I was assisted by Zunaira that was very nice and helpful. Zunaira was very patient to show me the options I had with mattress on display and I ended buying one of the mattress. I was very happy with the attention and services provided by Zunaira on behalf of Sleep number. Thank you.
