John was awesome and was very informative. He didn’t stalk my wife and I throughout the store while we looked around. When we had questions John had answers and could suggest an alternative style or color to the furniture that we were looking at. Brian, the manager, came over to see how everything was going, offered additional assistance. The store was clean and other salespeople were nice and didn’t overstep to make a sale when we told them we were talking to a salesperson already. Overall, great experience. Both guys had great personalities and were extremely helpful. I recommend seeing John for your next purchase

Perfect experience! Check out other furniture stores but be sure to come to Bob's before making any purchase. Best deals. Lots of choices. Superior sales staff who treat you as part of the Bob's family from the moment you enter. They hear your needs and do their best to accommodate them. If you are a bargain shopper like me, they have some hidden gems on 75% clearance. That's the wall picture you see in our living room. The recliner that we purchased perfectly matches the sectional we already have... It happened to get a 50% off deal between our visit on Friday, when my husband preferred the leather Storm Manuel recliner to the one we ended up buying on Saturday... Highly recommend Bob's. We have furniture from Bob's from 2017 and still love those pieces, too!!! :)

Our salesman Mike was perfect to work with. He greeted us as we entered, shared with us where things were, then let us explore. He was close enough to answer questions, but far enough away that I did not feel pressured. After sampling the comfort of several sofas, then a small snack at the café, we came to our decision. The delivery was on time this morning and very easy. They took great care in assembling the pieces. They took out all packing materials. They had my living room perfect in under 30 minutes.
