This store was great. Timothy, the store manager helped us when we came in. He was apologetic that we had to wait a few minutes while he finished up with another customer, but we didn't wait long. He was very patient with us, and started out asking our budget and he showed us the prices even before we tried any mattress. He showed us everything we wanted to see, was attentive, and also gave us our space when we needed it. There was a absolutely no pressure to "buy today" or anything about us missing out if we didn't. We did end up buying a not-so-expensive model, and again, he supported our choice and said this is one is common when one person wants extra cushioning and the other wants a plywood top (that would be me). I really was planning on going to another big mattress store to compare, but after it was clear that my spouse and I wanted very drastically different firmness settings, we agreed this was the best option. They even offered us cold drinks on a hot day. I'm really glad I came here, and I'm looking forward to my delivery.

He wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive mattress, instead you could tell he cared about finding me the perfect mattress for me. He really knows his stuff and his true enthusiasm for the product came across and made my decision that much easier. If you want a pleasant, non pushy shopping experience, make sure to see him, I know I will again when I need any mattress or bedding help.
