Purple - Garden City

Had a great experience at this mattress store with their employee, Jackie. We told her what we liked and she showed us a few amazing mattresses. Gave us a pillow cover to keep everything clean. Very knowledgeable about the products. Great mattresses, pillows, seat, cushions, and squishy toys for the kids. Can’t wait for my purple dream mattress!

Associate helped me with the pillow that I needed for Travel along with a bundle. I had called beforehand and she was able to remember me and assist with the purchase. Overall great experience.

I never write reviews, but this company and store deserve one because of an exceptional employee. I’d heard a coworker rave about the Purple pillow, and on a whim we stopped in on our way out of the mall. We were immediately greeted by Devin, who was warm, knowledgeable, and never once pushy. He walked us through everything, encouraged us to try the products, and answered every question with patience and clarity. Within minutes, we knew we’d be customers. We left feeling so confident in our experience that we bought a pillow for our 5-year-old—and a few more for extended family. Devin even followed up afterward with upcoming promotions, which we truly appreciated. When we returned to purchase, the store was filled with genuine holiday cheer, and it struck us how lucky Purple is to have someone as dedicated, kind, and informed as Devin McGee representing their brand. He speaks highly not just of the products but of the company itself, and that kind of pride is rare. As our son said as we left with pillows for everyone on our list: “Devin makes it happen.” Every store should be so lucky to have a Devin. He is a true gem, and we’re grateful for his outstanding service.

We had a great experience with Scott at the Roosevelt Field location. He was knowledgeable, patient (I went back and forth between mattresses a million times) and overall so helpful without being pushy. I recommend anyone come try out the mattresses, they have all types. I’ve loved my purple pillow for 2 years and can’t wait to get my mattress!

Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at this store. I had seen ads for purple mattresses online and was very skeptical. Was surprised how nice the mattresses and pillows were. Very knowledgeable sales people that weren’t pushy. I didn’t buy anything, but it was still a great experience! I especially noticed how nice and clean everything was. They had pillow protector sheets that allowed us to really enjoy trying everything out without being worried about the last customers. Could go on and on, but suffice it to say: GREAT EXPERIENCE! Would recommend checking them out!
