Sleep Number

My husband and I participated in the President's Day Sale at our Melville Sleep Number Store. It took us two days to find our perfect Sleep Number, and the staff (Mary Jane Mooney, Timothy Drew and Che Henderson) were all very knowledgeable, patient and thorough with their sales guidance. We are not new to the Sleep Number world. We purchased our first (and only) bed in 2003, and it is only now, coming around to needing replacement. That, in and of itself, speaks well to the Sleep Number product line. Mary Jane walked me through the newest innovations and firmness's in their newest lines and was very helpful. When I returned, the next day, with my husband, Che was very helpful with more decisions on firmness and Tim did a great job with comparisons and numbers. All three were team players that worked well together and were interested in the best benefit to their customers. Visiting the Melville Store was a very wise decision, as we gained insight and knowledge from a very well-educated staff of their product. It made for a most pleasurable shopping experience! We will certainly be recommending this team to our friends and family. : )

Great interaction with Sean D, the sale rep that worked with me. Asked good questions and very pleasant and helpful. As I was doing a lot of searching and checking out other mattress for days he never made me feel pressured and aways answed my many questions every day I called until I got convinced that the sleep number bed was going to be the best choice. He gave me many different quotes on different options as they came up each day I called. Thanks for all your patience. Terry

MaryJane helped my partner & I find our best fit mattress! She was extremely helpful and patient. She also had SO much knowledge of the differences between all of the beds and made recommendations based on what was best for us. We are so happy to have been helped by her.

My fiancé and I went shopping for our first bed and Tim was the absolute most helpful person that we could have met. This man was an absolute please to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable able and able to answer any question. Most importantly, he put our needs foremost to help us make the wisest choice for our sleep needs. I am so excited for our new mattress and grateful to have had such an expert take part in our decision making process!

We just purchased our first Sleep Number bed. Che was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. She was patient, very informative and kind. She took her time to show us its function and all of its features. Most importantly, she was honest and helped us make the best choice to fit our needs. Thanks Che!
