I came back to Bob’s for a desk for my new apartment in Glen Cove NY. I had previously bought a dining room table and four upholstered chairs plus a server for my small dining area. My experience has been excellent, and this transaction was also excellent. Erick was very helpful to me. I look forward to the desk and chair being delivered in early December.

My sales rep Mr. Sterling he was pleasant and polite went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa/furniture for our home. because of a warm experience with sales rep we actually went back the second time to get a Dresser because He was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the purchase. A week ago we purchased a sofa set with the help of Danny in the Carle Place location. Danny is a true professional, very helpful and not pushy, answered all of our questions and made the process so simple! We were in the store less than an hour! Thank you Danny!
