I had an excellent experience at the Sleep Number store. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of the mattress options without making me feel pressured. He helped me find the perfect mattress based on my comfort and sleep needs. The entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Sleep Number to anyone looking for a better night’s sleep and outstanding customer service.

Tamara was so patient with my husband and I when we were shopping for a new mattress that will be firm enough for him to get up from the bed without my assistance. She introduced us to various mattresses and let us test out the incline features so that we can sit up comfortably without extra pillows behind our backs to watch TV. She answered all my husband’s questions and addressed our concerns. We felt that she listened to our specific needs and delivered on helping us find the perfect bed. I purchased my first sleep number in Annapolis in 2000. My second was purchased in the Columbia store years later. I’ve been satisfied with sleep number since my first. I have recommended to family, friends and colleagues. I’m enjoying the best sleep of my 70 years of life in the last 26 years. Thank you Sleep Number!

Buyer Beware. I bought a $10k system online from Sleep Number and took the risk only because I was told that there was a 100 night trial and if I didn't keep the system I'd just have to pay a small restocking fee. I forget the exact percentage but I recall it being only a few hundred dollars. What they did not disclose was that the $3500 adjustable base was NOT returnable. The salesperson did not disclose this and leaned on how easy the return would be if I didn't like it. The bed caused me neck, shoulder, and back pain that I've never felt on any mattress. I will say the cooling feature worked fairly well, the adjustable base did not work for snoring - those were the two major reasons I made the purchase. Had the salesperson disclosed that the base wasn't refundable, I would not have made this purchase. I highly recommend doing business with a more transparent company.

This was my third visit to the Sleep Number store, as I was waiting for the new ComfortNext Lux mattress to arrive. Chris at the Columbia location did an excellent job answering all of our questions and thoroughly explaining the warranty. We visited later in the evening and stayed until closing, yet Chris remained patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. He also invited us to come back if we had any additional questions after the bed arrived, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and Chris provided outstanding customer service.
