Sleep Number

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the whole staff during our sleep 360 transaction. Our sales person Elena was extremely professional but also kind and considerate. She also has a great knowledge of all the products as she herself is also a customer. Overall we loved the service and now we are thoroughly enjoying the product. Within one week’s time I am getting the best sleep of my life. Thank you Elena and the Sleep Number team!

Caitlyn made the experience great and helped us with some tricky logistics to get delivery timing right and saved us some money doing so. She was very knowledgeable of the products and didn’t feel pushed into anything- we’re looking forward to the sleep experience being as great as the store experience with Caitlyn!

I absolutely love our sleep number. However when we moved, our moving company recommended having sleep number come out to disassemble & reassemble in the new house. Initially we called a month in advance. The rep told us to call as we get closer to the date to schedule, we have plenty of time. So we called 2 weeks before. The soonest we could get an appointment was a week after we move to disassemble, then the week after our move in to put back together. The rep told us they would try to adjust & most likely could as we get closer to the date. They did. They were coming the day before we were to move. That was a little unfortunate because we would have to sleep on the floor. Our time window was 8-10am. At 9:30am we received an email, not a call, saying our appointment was canceled due to technical emergency?!!! How can a company 1st email vs. a call. 2nd, there was absolutely no attempt or concern about rescheduling. Oh, & we paid $500 for this service! Sleep Number you need to do something about your customer service. While we sing the praises of your product, your online, technical service is horrible!

While the sale staff was kind and knowledgable the 100 night trial is a sham. This is what sold us on spending thousands on this mattress - the TRIAL period. Which is as expensive as buying a mattress at Costco. The sales staff at the store and Sleep Number Marketing materials presents this "trial" conveniently with fine print only at the end on your receipt. You're charged a mandatory $250 for delivery and set up (which took 10 minutes) and a mandatory $250 pick up (plus tax for both) if you decide to return in the 100 day trial period. There is no option to drop off the bed at a distribution center or pick up if you don't like the bed for a reasonable fee. We knew within 30 days this wasn't for us. So if you don't like your $7,000 + mattress you have to pay close to $600 to try it for 30 days. What we didn't like: This bed a glorified AIR MATTRESS with layers of foam on top. You can feel your partner move when they get in and out of bed or adjust at night. This is something you can't tell in the store when laying on it for a few minutes. The smart settings are nothing more than what your apple or google watch offers. STEER CLEAR of this overpriced sham of an air mattress (aka bed).
