Sleep Number

I knew it was time for a new mattress, and the memorial Day weekend was the best time to get one. I did some research, got a great offer from Capital One, I went to the Lacey Sleep Number store. Mary Ann was outstanding! We talked about my needs, my sleep, habits, and the research I did. I already decided what mattress I wanted, but Marianne walked me through the store, and I tried a few others, but came back to my first choice. Mary Ann was easy to work with, and she didn’t try to steer me to a more expensive mattress. Setting up the delivery was easy, and downloading the app will make it easier to reschedule if needed, and then set up the mattress. I’m looking forward to great nights of sleep.

We had excellent customer service from Will at the Sleep Number store in Lacey. He was very responsive to our questions and helped us understand the whole purchasing process. We looked at other mattresses and the sleep number mattress provided the most comfort for my husband. We appreciate the sale price and discounts, and are looking forward to its delivery. Thanks, Will, for a great experience!

Our experience with Eric at the Lacey store was perfect. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and did not pressure us into making a decision. He answered all of our questions, allowed us time to try different options and took the time to explain the app features of the bed and how to get the most of our future purchase. He even explained how we could adjust our current adjustable bed to start to see a different in releasing pressure points while we sleep. We purchased the i8 and two pillows. We were able to take one of the pillows home and I slept better just using it for one night! If you are looking a a forever bed, go see Eric at the Lacey store. Thank you Eric for everything and for providing my husband and me with the same level of world class customer service!
