Sleep Number

I went to the Sleep Number Store in Metairie, Louisiana. I was nicely greeted by Ryan. I wanted to buy a replacement remote for my California Split King. He gave me all of the information that I would need. I was very impressed by Ryan’s extensive knowledge of all of the parts of the Sleep Number beds. My bed still works, but it is almost 20 years old. He showed me how I could have a new mattress portion of the bed. He gave me a discount and set up a delivery for me. Ryan is an asset to the staff!

Sleep number is a absolute joke, They cant even deliver a 16k mattress on time, Took off work, donated my nearly new mattress and 2 hours before they are due to show up they call me and reschedule me for another 2 weeks out. Before the owner responds saying well this is not a store issue, yes its a sleep number issue and this is a sleep number store

Ryan was warm and attentive but not pushy. His knowledge and demeanor made for a great experience! I did buy the bed :)
