Sleep Number

We were looking for a new mattress and we walk in to sleep number location. Shonn Goddard welcome us in and starting to showing us all the different mattresses that we could use. He was very professional and he was very friendly. We really appreciate his help. He was very knowledgeable that we actually got the mattress the same day. We are super happy with his customer service and cannot wait to have our new mattress be delivered to our new home. I highly recommend him and Sleep Number to anyone who is looking for an amazing mattress to sleep better. Kirby location.

purchased a pillow from the Houston store on clearance. The salesperson told me it was final sale and couldn’t be returned, but she never advised me on sizing or helped me choose the correct pillow. The one I bought is the wrong size and is now causing neck pain. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I expected better service. I recently relocated from New York, and the Queens store has always provided excellent support. My experience in Houston was disappointing, and I believe this situation deserves reconsideration.

Shonn, at Sleep Number on Kirby, was absolutely fantastic. I’m in a season of rebuilding and starting my life over, so making a purchase like this came with a lot of financial anxiety and overthinking on my part. Shonn took so much time with me, explained all the ins and outs, answered every question without pressure, and genuinely made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process. Not only was he knowledgeable and patient, but he also made the experience genuinely enjoyable — he’s just fun to work with. I walked out feeling confident in my decision instead of stressed, and that says a lot. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Five stars, immediately yes

Thanks Hugh at Mattress Firm River Oaks on Westheimer Rd. Very friendly service and he gave us a great deal on a mattress and pillows! Easy and quick delivery as well! Mattress Firm even took my old mattress away at no extra cost, it’s part of the delivery service.

I have purchased all by bedding needs from this Sleep Number store. Price, value and quality are top notch. I always get personal, professional assistance from Crystal.
