Sleep Number

I have to give a huge shoutout to Sleep Number in Humble! My experience was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time — and on a holiday sale weekend at that! Randy was absolutely amazing and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. There was zero pressure, no pushy sales tactics — just genuine help making sure I found the bed that was actually right for me. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident with my decision. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it definitely deserves to be recognized. I will 100% be sending friends and family their way. Now I’m just counting down the days until my new bed arrives and I can finally enjoy some amazing sleep! 😴✨ Thank you again, Randy, and the Sleep Number Humble team!

We visited your store on February 25 and were greeted minimally by your employee Jeremy, who appeared distracted and offered no friendly engagement. We intended to buy between two and four pillows for our Sleep Number bed, as we explained our specific requirements. We asked Jeremy for assistance, and he informed us that there were 20 pillows available in the display area, suggesting we simply choose from them. When we clarified that we needed pillows matching certain firmness and size specifications, his response was, "I do not know." Frustrated by the lack of helpful guidance, we decided to leave and instead visited the Sleep Number outlet where we purchased our bed. This level of customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, reflecting badly on the Sleep Number brand and store reputation.

The sales representative was very kind and patient not pushy at all. Educated me on the options explaining clearly and not trying to upsell me at all which I appreciated. First time I ever stepped into a sleep number store so I had lots of questions but he was able to answer all of them and give me additional info. Overall great experience and easy to do business.

I had an informative and comfortable experience with Jason and CeCe. They are extremely knowledgeable about sleep number beds vs other options including tempurpedic which I’m replacing! Stop in and rest awhile on the Matress of your choice! I typically lie on a mattress for 2 hours a couple of times before making a purchase! A good nights sleep 💤 is priceless and shouldn’t be a rushed decision. They were patient and helpful!

I was truly expecting a different experience when I walked in as I wasn’t going to purchase a bed from Randy. However, I did have a couple questions regarding my grandma‘s bed, and Randy was so thorough and helpful. I could not thank him enough for his kindness.
