Sleep Number

Our shopping experience was great, Nancy worked with us for quite a long time and helped us pick out our new bed. She was friendly yet professional, answered every question with knowledge of everything we threw at her. We can’t comment on the bed itself other than the time we spent on it in the store because we haven’t received it yet. We assume that it will be perfect for us. The store itself was well staffed with a calming ambiance. Thank you for the great experience.

My husband and I were looking for pillows. We had already been to the Humble location and were treated very poorly by the employee there(Jeremy). We arrived 10 mins before closing to this location and felt instantly welcomed by Stefani. She was an absolute Gem. Very knowledgeable, skilled and most importantly...Friendly. Although it was nearing closing, she took her time and showed us an array of pillows. We made a decision on the Ultimate Plush Comfort Pillow. Thanks to her expertise and patience we were able to purchase the perfect pillow. So, if you are looking for a sleep number bed or pillows I would HIGHLY recommend you visiting this location. THANKS STEFANI you were the absolute best!!!!

We’ve been Sleep Number customers for over 15 years. Needed new pillows and Mike was fantastic in getting us set up with the buy 2 get one free promotion. We had been discussing a new bed too and Mike showed us just about every bed in the store, gave us info about the features of each and we chose an i8. As much as we’ve enjoyed our first Sleep Number bed, we are really looking forward to delivery of the new one. And kudos to Mike! Great customer service experience!!

Nancy was very helpful in guiding us to choose the right bed for us. We also learned a ton, she is very knowledgeable. Never felt any sales pressure. Just made sure we were comfortable getting what we wanted and needed.

I went in the store last week just to look around. I found that the young man that attended to me, whose name was Marc, was very knowledgeable of the products and very attentive. Even though I didn’t purchase anything yet, I will definitely come back and purchase my bed with Marc.. Great job Marc keep up the good work!
