Sleep Number

We bought a simple P5 bed for our Maui rental condo a couple of years ago. We’ve had many positive reviews as a result. If you have a similar situation, it will definitely improve your business. We purchased the optional remote so our guests wouldn’t have to deal with Bluetooth etc. when they arrived after a long travel day.

One of the reasons I purchased this mattress specifically because of the 10-year warranty the seller gave me but after just three years, it developed issues. When I tried to use the warranty, the claim was denied without proper inspection and the mattress firm and Tempur-Pedic kept my money and my woman back problem got worse because the issue the mattress developed, I’m still fighting for the rights of the warranty but isn’t easy at all so right now this company deserve a 0 ⭐️ Review …

I went there a few times and they are always closed for some reason and the number on the door doesn’t work. I had every intention on buying a bed that day but we went to BEDMART and got a tempur-pedic mattress. Your loss!

Charles was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to select the best smart mattress and adjustable bed combination for our specific needs. After shopping around, we found the price to be too good to pass up.

I feel the bed is comfortable, however, lots of beds have the same features and cost much less. I am in Maui and if you move you need an experienced sleep number rep to take it apart and put it back together again. $250 to take apart and $250 to put back together and it is against policy to perform both tasks on the same day. If you have anything that needs repair, you have to fly two people round trip to look at the problem, order parts and return flight to complete. They say you can do these tasks yourself however this is heavy equipment and my husband is 87 and I am 82. Doesn’t matter says service dept. policy is policy. By the way, this service person is located in MN or Michigan and the fact that you have nothing to sleep on for a few days is regrettable but he has to follow policy. If you are thinking of buying a sleep number bed, I wouldn’t . I paid a great deal of money for my particular bed and apparently still am.
