Sleep Number

Emma and Nic were awesome. They were patient with my long planning process and I never felt pressured. Of course the store was neat, clean, etc - as is to be expected from Sleep Number. I'd recommend this store & sleep number.

I was luckily granted with the opportunity to be helped by Such a great person who goes by the name of, Sam. She was soo great. Extremely knowledgeable on the products that she was selling. She Was really impressive! Thank you again for your great customer service Sam!

As I walked into the store located across from Cumberland mall, I was immediately greeted by the staff. Emma approaches me and asks if she should help assit me and I said yes. She gagued my knowledge of the products with basic conversation. I told her I knew of the products but still needed assistance in finding and testing out what would be a perfect fit for me and my fiancee. We started off with pillows then made our way to some mattress options based on where I wanted to stay near budget. Throughout the whole process Emma was not only professional and knowledgeable but she made the experience fun and pressure free in my decision making. 😁 10/10 would recommend this location and my sells rep Emma.

Samantha is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Samantha provides incedible high-touch customer service. You will not be disappointed working with her. PS. My wife loves her.
