Sleep Number

We had a great experience at the sleep Number store on beach Blvd in Huntington Beach. Our sale representative's name was Matt. He did an outstanding job and I would recommend him and this store to anyone looking to purchase a new sleep Number bed.

I’ve bought 2 beds from this store and highly recommend Sleep Number. I highly recommend Matt. He’s very down to earth and has educated me greatly on my beds. He’s not pushy at all, which I appreciated.

Bought a bed here recently. Process was painless and they were very accommodating of my handicap. Appreciated not getting the total "hard sell" from Matt who helped me. I learned a lot from him I didn't glean from the website. Even with the generous return policy it was very helpful to try the beds before ordering.

We are still waiting for our new mattress to be delivered but we can say that we had a high class in store experience. We knew a little bit about Sleep Number from friends who rave about their mattresses but needed more info and to try out some mattresses before we could make a decision. Matt was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, no pressure, and genuine in his approach. The other associates working with Matt were also very friendly and helpful even though we weren’t “their” customers. Sometimes in some competitive or commission style environments, a customer can be completely disregarded or ignored by the other associates, and that was not the case here. This store had a very supportive feel (no mattress pun intended). Matt helped ensure we were able to take advantage of every discount available to help us feel that we are getting the best price possible. We felt like valued customers, and we felt like the sales associates valued our time and our investment. Will definitely recommend Matt and Sleep Number HB to our friends.
