Sleep Number

Misty was incredibly helpful throughout our Sleep Number purchase experience. She took the time to help me and my husband figure out the right comfort levels for each of us and made sure we understood all of our options. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and stress-free. Not only did she help us find the perfect fit, but she also made the purchasing process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with her!

We had a great experience at the sleep number longview store. Misty was so helpful in making sure we had all our questions answered. She took the time to give my husband and i our own individual sleep numbers and we bought a new bed knowing we made a great decision on the several options. We had our toddler with us and the store even had a toy area for her to play while we tested out different beds. I never felt rushed or coerced into buying anything. I also love that you can text misty with any questions and you dont have to talk to some random customer service person all the time. I would buy from there again! In fact, i immediately decided to buy one of the massaging masks right after we left and misty made that the easiest experience ever. I was nervous about buying an expensive mattress, but she made us feel good about the decision based on her knowledge of the different beds. I appreciate all her help.

Late Thursday night on January 29, 2026, right before the store was going to close, my wife and I dropped in to look and maybe buy a king and queen size mattresses. The Sleep Expert William Allen helped find the right two mattresses we needed for our master bedroom and one of our guest bedrooms. We was able to quickly ring us up so we could be on our way! Great insight and customer service from William. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today was my first experience trying to find a mattress for me and my wife. From the moment my wife and I entered the store Misty made us feel at home and welcome. She explained the depths of customization of the mattress as well as the simplicity of them. We wait in anticipation for our mattress to be delivered!

Felt like a valued customer from the moment we walked in. Brook was very attentive to what we were looking for. She made the process very easy and was never overbearing. Overall it was a great experience. Bed gets delivered next week, update to follow.
