Sleep Number

Love the Bed. HORRRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My bed is approx. 5yrs old. The air chamber has failed and the bed will not hold air. The bed is cannot be slept on. Trying to get this problem corrected has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. It will be over a month of not being able to sleep on my bed before the issue is finally corrected. Most of the customer service people are Rude and obnoxious, and seem completely uninterested in helping. I intend to tell everyone I can how bad this experience has been.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Eric was extremely helpful in guiding me to find the perfect mattress. Would highly recommend this location.

The reps at the Mays Landing store are awesome. The company itself SUCKS!!! Little did i know that when buying a flexfit 2 base 3rd hand that it cannot be reconfigured. I purchased a i10 king. Friend of a friend had a flexfit 2 base they didn't want so I got it. Exchanged the bed for an i10 split king. Found out too late that sleep number won't reconfigured the base to have head and feet adjustments. And you're only allowed 1 exchange. Im never buying sleep number again

I have been a sleep number bed customer for about 15 years. I was interested in an upgrade to the adjustable bed. I went into the Mays Landing store and was greeted by Benito. I explained my health issues and let him know what I was looking for. He was very attentive and showed me the different beds, explaining each one, and what its benefits were. Benito was the perfect sales person for me...We laughed alot!!! It's so nice to go into a store and feel comfortable while shopping for a big purchase. Ryan was awesome too, he assisted with my questions and was very helpful. Thank you guys for making my purchase memorable. 💙
