GREG is outstanding and a genuine professional. His knowledge of the various products was essential for my wife and I to make the best choice as we have health challenges - herniations, etc. Greg also got back to us immediately whenever we texted him with further questions. We had a great experience at the Sleepnumber store thanks to Greg. He was extremely patient and took the time to walk us through all our questions. We originally came in just to look at Tempur-Pedic pillows (which we did buy), but Greg’s explanations and demonstrations showed us the benefits of a Sleep Number mattress as well. We’re giving serious thought to upgrading our mattress now. The ability to adjust firmness and position is a standout feature. Thank you, Greg, for taking the time to show us how everything works and making the visit genuinely informative.

I have been saving up for a new mattress. I’ve been to multiple mattress stores in the past month, but working with Nicole from Sleep Number is Cherry Hill was by far my best experience. She helped me and my partner find the perfect bed for our needs and I am genuinely so excited for its delivery. She was very nice to work with and I left the same day excited about our purchase. I do recommend visiting this site in Cherry hill if you’re looking for a sleep number & ask for Nicole !

I had a great experience with Gregory at Sleep Number. The store offered an excellent selection, and Gregory’s customer service truly stood out. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Updating original review after first 30 nights: The Good: Stopped in the Cherry Hill store and had a great experience with Greg. He was very knowlegable on the products and tech they have to offer. We purchased a Mid tier Mattress in their line up. The Bad: The Mattress overtime was not that supportive and me and my wife both woke up with hip and shoulder pain. We had to put a topper on it just to get past the 30 day period in order to start a return. It felt to me like a blowup camping mattress with some supportive layers on top. No matter the setting it didnt matter. Remember, when in the store the only comparison you get is other sleep number models. So its really tough to compare against anything else. The Ugly: They charge a delivery fee when alot of companies dont. They also charge $250 to return it which was not told to us upfront and there is no way around this. They also make you deal with an AI agent on the phone. Who nicely battles you before you can setup a return. Summary: In the end, sleep number comes off as more of a tech company with good marketing rather than top end comfort. Imo. Maybe it works out for you though but its a costly trial with the return policy.
