Casper - Walt Whitman Shops

I rarely write reviews, but I am truly so impressed by the excellent service I received from Eric at Casper Walt Whitman, that I feel compelled. The whole team and vibe at this store is great, and you can tell that they enjoy being there! I've mainly shopped with Eric, and he truly goes above and beyone to be helpful. I had a complicated gift order for my Dad, and his patience is top-notch. Thank you Eric & team! And sweet dreams to all :)

My wife and I just bought a Dream mattress at Casper in Walt Whitman Mall in Melville. Stephen was very helpful in allowing us to try all the mattresses. They have a great selection of demo mattresses on display. They have a great 100 night trial period and a 10-year warranty. They were having a terrific sale on the day we purchased our mattress. They had our mattress in stock, and Stephen loaded it in our vehicle. We also purchased two pillows and a mattress cover to get the bundle discount. I highly recommend this store and Stephen.

We came into the store today after yet another sleepless night on our queen-sized mattress because there is no longer enough room on the bed for two adults, four pillows, a panda plushie, and a cat to be comfortably sprawled out. Stephen was super informative about how the new Casper models would compare to our existing one and to each other. He let us take our time as we lay on each sample, doubling back to try each one again and even a third time. I felt no pressure to go home with anything today but very much wanted to..maybe *because* there was no pressure. I also found one that felt far better than the others and it wasn't even the most expensive one. Stephen helped us get a king-sized Snow and its waterproof cover for much less than I expected to spend so I also decided to also get a duvet cover for a massive discount. Stephen then met us outside in the freezing cold to help load the compressed mattress into our car. If we ever have to get a third mattress, we'll be coming back. It's been the smoothest and most pleasant mattress-buying experience twice in a row now from this particular store.

Ask for Stephen when you come here! He’s awesome and answered all our questions. We ended up buying a Casper Dream and two pillows. The service here is so friendly and kind. All the mattresses are available for you to try. Can’t think of anything better than being able to get a new mattress the same day.

Eric was super helpful and made it a smooth process in buying our new bed. We will definitely be back when we need another bed for our household. He’s a true asset.
