Sleep Number

Theresa was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. She had all the answers without hesitation no matter which bed or which question I asked her. She had infinite patience and was very accommodating. My husband and I were unsure of which bed would suit our needs and Theresa explained all of the pros for our specific needs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER to anyone who is looking for the experience you will not regret when looking to buy a bed. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THE COMFORT AND EASE WE FELT WITH OUR PURCHASE, Theresa.

Went to Milbury MA sleep # and worked with Theresa who was awesome. She explained everything so well and helped us to make a great choice for what we purchased. Would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a knowledgeable person to help you find a great new bed!

It was a busy day in the store with only 2 sales people working, Theresa and her associate. As they were servicing customers other customers were coming in and not one person left the store without being waited on. It was nice to see sales people working who were not youngsters that do not care about the company or service to customers. Both employees did their job well and precise pleasing everyone that came in. No one tried to upsell me or pull any tricks. Theresa and her associate were professional friendly and sold me more than what I thought I was going to buy when I walked in. And that’s ok because the prices were good and the service was tremendous. If the bed I bought is a good as the service I will be totally satisfied. Thanks sleep number for employing such people as these.

We had a very pleasant experience with Theresa, the sales clerk. She helped us to find a way to get the bed we wanted without pushing us to get anything we didn’t want. We’ve been sleep number customers for 20 years, amd just purchased another!

Theresa was amazing! Six stars if I could! She really knew everything about these beds and made sure we purchased the right one!
