Sleep Number

Working with Quinn at the Sleep Number store was an exceptional experience, as he provided expert guidance and transparency throughout our entire purchase process. He went above and beyond to ensure our new bed would fit our specific frame by providing detailed dimensions for the adjustable base and even secured significant additional savings by identifying a special bundle that optimized our order. Quinn was incredibly responsive to our questions about the reimbursement process, providing the necessary links for medical documentation and even manually updating the order details to ensure everything was perfect for our records. His proactive communication and genuine care made a significant investment feel seamless and well-supported.
