Sleep Number

Wonderful product and wonderful customer service! Sleep number is a game changer. I would recommend to anyone. Also Bee, our sleep expert, was very knowledgeable and kind. She took time to explain everything to us and let us find the perfect mattress for us.

The sales people in the store were so good, you can really tell they know what their talking about while not giving you false information, the bed felt so good.

We came in to test some mattresses out and Michael’s assistance was much appreciated! He was very patient and personable and even stayed past close to help with our financing application. I came back later in the week to finish the financing and set up delivery which he and Beatriz kindly helped with. On a separate occasion, Kendall was also great as he helped us with customer service through the phone. We are excited to test our mattress out!

My husband had a life altering health event and we needed to upgrade our bed. The entire staff has gone out of their way to insure we would be getting what we need but made sure I got the earliest delivery and build date. We are a long time Sleep Number bed owners (the new one will be our fourth) and will always return to this store for their thoughtful and caring behavior. Thank you all.
