Sleep Number

Rose is phenomenal! We had a glitch with our bed and the help line could not figure it out. We made a call to the store and Rose spent 30 minutes on the phone with us (even calling back after a disconnection) and 100% got our bed connected (to both wifi and Bluetooth) and working! She knows her Sleep Number bed information! Make sure to ask for her when you’re bed shopping. She has a warm personality, was genuinely eager to help, and made our day with her outstanding customer service!

Very friendly but not overbearing salesman, Steve. He was also extremely knowledgable and took the time to listen to what we wanted. We are very pleased with our new bed….I’ve been sleeping all night without sweating for the first time in years. It is everything that was promised!

We needed a guest room mattress for a full size bed frame and a special depth box spring. We also wanted something fairly comfortable on a tiny $400 budget. We found the perfect set and right on budget. Very happy with our purchase. We were in and out within maybe an hour. Noah Ferguson was very helpful!

I purchased at the Sleep Number store on 71st. St. in Tulsa. Zinar was my sales associate, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was VERY THOROUGH in explaining everything and helped compare mattress models. At no time did I feel pressured. This brand came highly recommended. I’m sure I will be pleased once it arrives. Thank you for the good experience, Zinar! You deserve a raise. Denise

I went into this location because I had trouble finding a box big enough to ship my daughter’s recalled mattress back to Amazon in. I asked the staff if they happened to have a big enough box and that I was happy to pay them for it. They declined any money and helped me out. All around great folks I will be buying my next mattress here!
