Sleep Number

Our sales rep name was Scott located in Poughkeepsie NY. Scott was patient, friendly and did not rush us . We even left and came back the same day. He took his time listening to what we were looking for. Scott was very informative and explained everything about the bed, he worked with us until we were satisfied and happy with our choice in the bed, pillows and linens . Scott is an asset to your company.

Maria was so helpful. I had to change my order and she called customer service with me to make sure the new order was correct. This is the fifth Sleep Number bed we have purchased for ourselves and family. We wouldn't buy anything else.

The experience was made so easy by Scot, who obviously knows his business and how not to rely on a canned sales pitch. Instead, he guided us around the shop, pointing out the differences between the beds, and letting us make up our minds with no pressure on his part. It was a very nice experience.

Wonderful experience! Scott was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out the perfect bed. Can’t wait to get a good night’s rest. We are returning sleep numbers customers and are impressed with how they are always evolving for the best sleep experience.
