Sleep Number

I had an excellent experience at the Sleep Number store thanks to Miguel. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different mattress options, and helped me find the perfect fit without ever making me feel pressured. Miguel’s customer service was outstanding and made the whole shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and especially recommend asking for Miguel if you want someone who genuinely cares about helping customers sleep better!

We purchased our first sleep number almost 20 years ago after going through several uncomfortable mattresses. We came in to purchase another and they don't disappoint. Made so much better and updated controls. Can't wait to get our new bed delivered.

My husband went into the Alton store to purchase sheets for our Sleep number, and had the pleasure of meeting Miguel, who was a great helpnin finding just what we were looking for. Thank you for the excellent service Miguel 🙌

We had a very nice experience as Cody helped us In making our decision as to which mattress we would purchase.
