Sleep Number

We have been contemplating making this big purchase for months but were nervous about pulling the trigger. However Kendall provided us with excellent customer service helping us pick out the perfect bed for our family. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful as we navigated our different sleep needs. She walked us through the whole process up to delivery and even followed up. Couldn’t be happier with our choice thanks to this wonderful employee!

From start to finish sleep number provided me with top tier customer service! When I went into the store the sales associates were friendly, kind, and informative. They listened to what I was looking for and I tried out beds. The ordering process was a breeze. They were in constant communication about my delivery. Delivery day was no exception. The delivery men were friendly, kind, and so professional. They cleaned up behind themselves and showed me everything about the bed. I have had my bed for 2 weeks, I love that I can keep adjusting until I find the perfect position and sleep number. The bed tracks how well you sleep, I finally found the magic number. Last week the sales person called me to make sure everything was going smoothly with the bed and that the delivery went well. Best customer service ever and I’m sleeping like a baby! Thank you!

Kendall and Tamara went out of their way to educate me and help me make a decision! They were extremely patient, supportive and kind along with being knowledgeable about the products. I’d never purchase a bed from anyone else. Kendall ran the numbers for me in so many different ways and always got back to me with info I needed and she was so polite and friendly! I feel excited about getting my bed delivered today!!! My sisters also loved Kendall and Tamara and they are going to get a sleep number also!!!!

Sleep Number store was fantastic. Got to try all the different beds... amazing how much technology can fit under the sheets. Special shout out to Kendall who is a fantastic store manager and made my experience all the better. The i8 is a thing of beauty

Kendall is the best! I have purchased 3 beds from her over the years for myself and family members, having followed her from store to store. She treats me like family and always feel great when purchasing from her. Sleep Number beds are the best on the market. I had been having so much trouble with back, neck and hip pain and my bed took care of my problems. Thanks for ever.
