Sleep Number

Scott was really great to work with. He worked hard getting us all of the discounts available. He understood and respected the fact that the 1st time we were in the store it would be 3 weeks before we could make a final purchase due to previous commitments. The day we were able to go in and confirm our decision, it took about an hour longer than expected, but he was patient with us, answered many, many questions. Allowed us take our time because he knows this is a big commitment for people to make.

Visited twice. First time a lady showed my wife and I various mattress and gave us some information about each one. Very helpful. The second a gentleman explained everything thing and answered all of my questions. Again, very helpful and courteous. I purchased on and he explained the delivery process. Very good experience. Would recommend.

Sydney was an excellent sales staff. She was very knowledgeable of all the sleep number beds. She was very relaxed as my husband tried multiple beds. We did purchase a P5 mattress. Sydney gave us all the available sales discounts. A few days after our purchase, Sydney called us to notify us of further discounts available on our bed. She suggested we call customer service and ask for a price match. My call to customer service was successful and we will receive further discounts on our mattress. Thank you very much Sydney!.

Jackie was awesome. She took a lot of time to explain the different features of the beds and guide us to the one that she thought would offer the specific features we were looking for. Overall a 5-star experience with a 5-star sales rep. Extremely professional and friendly.
