Unlike typical mattress stores, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Coffee, who gave me space to browse without any pressure. Having researched online, I thought I knew what I wanted, but Mr. Coffee’s thoughtful lifestyle questions and courteous approach helped clarify my needs without pushing a sale. Impressed, I left to bring my wife back to the store. Together, we returned, and Mr. Coffee engaged my wife with the same insightful questions. The experience was exceptional, leading us to purchase a mattress that was better suited to our needs and more affordable than my original choice. The process felt calm, informative, and customer-focused, reminiscent of a time when listening to the customer was paramount. Mr. Coffee understood we initially sought the priciest option but guided us to a better fit after assessing our preferences, saving us both time and money. His attentiveness to our unique needs was impeccable. I highly recommend visiting this Sleep Outfitters location and working with Mr. Coffee before deciding on a mattress elsewhere.

I never write reviews but I was so impressed by the customer service Amanda (Mandy) provided that I wanted to share my positive experience. Amanda went above and beyond with kindness and a genuine desire to help meet our family’s needs. She offered an amazing deal on exactly what we were looking for and arranged the delivery on the specific date I requested. You can find mattresses at a lot of stores but you can’t always find good customer service. At Mattress Outfitters, you’ll find both - a great mattress and amazing customer service!

Hi, we walked in and were greeted very warmly by David. I explained what we were looking for in a king mattress, that we didn't want foam but a mattress that would keep us cool at night. We tried several and David answered questions regarding the differences and what he thought would work the best for us. We liked his manner of selling, not pushy but knowledgeable. We then explained that we needed three twin mattress sets for a dormitory that I was creating for the grandchildren. We made all the purchases and the price was very reasonable.
