Josh was very knowledgeable about each bed and really took his time with us. We had to think about it and he stayed in touch throughout the process until we made a decision. Jamal was super helpful as well, in Josh’s absence. They were both wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them!

From start to finish, Jamal was friendly, professional, and truly focused on making sure we were satisfied. He answered all my questions about the bed setup and features with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how committed he was to making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He even followed up to ensure everything was in process for the delivery date. Thanks to his excellent support, I feel confident in my investment and would absolutely recommend Jamal at Sleep Number 280 to anyone looking for both a great bed and a company that truly stands behind their product.

We had a wonderful experience with this Sleep Number store. Josh Foxworth explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. They were nice enough to work with us when we had to hold off on the delivery for several months including rescheduling when our bedroom remodel wasn’t completed on time to receive it. Carlos and another worker delivered it. The best experience I have ever had with a delivery. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the bed and showed us several features to help us get started. Everyone I encountered at the store were very helpful with a great attitude. I would highly recommend this store.

We stopped by today to check out Sleep Number beds and had such a great experience! When we walked in, Josh was already helping several other customers, but you would’ve never known he was working solo—he juggled everything so smoothly. Despite being busy, he made sure to take the time to walk us through all the different bed features and answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. His ability to balance multiple customers while still giving everyone personalized attention was seriously impressive. We ended up purchasing a bed—not just because of the product quality, but because Josh made us feel confident and taken care of. If you’re thinking about visiting, definitely ask for Josh. He truly went above and beyond!

Josh was absolutely amazing. He helped me and my husband pick out our new bed and it was a wonderful experience. He made the process so smooth and easy with no headache.
