Jeannie was knowledgeable, patient and fun💕 She welcomed my husband and I kindly and we started with Bed Match which truly made the choosing process much more comfortable. After exploring all of our options we settled on a Kingsdown with a power base. 10/10 would recommend
View on GoogleWe ordered our mattress and adjustable base from Jeannie Morris who works at the southside sleep outfitters on southside Parkersburg West Virginia. She was very kind very patient because it did take us a while to decide what we wanted. She was very thorough and what we needed helped us with what was in our price range and helped me set up the warranty for the baseboard and pillows. Would 100% recommend you go and see her she didn’t try to oversell she didn’t try to push anything onto us a wonderful lady to go talk to you about a new mattress
View on GoogleJeannie was very polite and knowledgeable. Didn't purchase anything, however, Jeannie made the experience fun and informative. Jeannie also made the future purchase easy to figure out.
View on GoogleI haven’t slept on my new mattress yet, so I’m not leaving a review for that yet. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful in making a choice. Thank you Jeannie for your patience and help with this major decision
