We originally worked with Jim, found our perfect sleep & decided to save a bit more money. 3 months later, we're ready to purchase. Richie helped seal the deal! He was kind, prompt, and honored our previous quote despite having a new POS system (and re entering all the information!) Richie was able to answer all of our questions and it was a quick 15 minute exchange. We are so happy with our experience at Sleep Outfitters Tuttle!
View on GoogleJust want to share what a great experience I had this morning dealing with Richie to buy a mattress. I called the store to check on the availability of a mattress, Richie said they didn't have any in stock, but pointed me to an option that was a better one at the same (or less) cost. He was extremely patient with me and searched other Sleep Outfitters in Columbus, and eventually found one to be delivered tomorrow. Thank you, Richie! Will be sure to ask for you the next time I need a mattress.
View on GoogleBob was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We went in with a specific mattress in mind but it didn’t work for us. Bob showed us other options that worked. Bob turned a potentially painful experience into a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with Richie Beam tonight. He found us a huge deal and we saved so much money. Our new mattress and bedframe was 25% of the price of other stores we had looked at. The beds selection is great. The store is clean with convenient shopping hours. I highly recommend this store for the best deals and customer service!
View on GoogleWe had some issues with a mattress we purchased a year and a half ago. I spoke with Jim Foreman, the manager and explained to him my situation. Within a day, Richie Beam reached out to me and filed my warranty paperwork. I sent photos of the mattress within an hour of submission I received a email stating I could make a replacement on our mattress. My husband and I went to Sleep Outfitters with the intention of trading in for the same mattress. After spending some time with Richie and trying other mattresses, we decided on a TempurPedic. The customer service across the board was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely shop at Sleep Outfitters again and highly recommend Sleep Outfitters to others. Richie and Jim thank you for making the warranty process so simple.
