George was great to work with! He was got us mattress, sheets, pillows and bunkie board everything we needed to move are daughter to college. We got a great price and was in and out of store in 20 minutes.

We worked with George and our experience was awesome. I was told by my grandmother “don’t see anyone unless it is George. George is the best!” So happy we did. We bought a mattress and a power base at an amazing price and got exactly what we were looking for. This place sells great products for an even better price. He even gave us a free gift! Don’t go mattress shopping anywhere unless it is at the Florence Mall sleep outfitters with George.

I originally stopped into Sleep Outfitters just to check on an order I had already placed online for a different mattress. I wasn't planning on buying anything else, but after meeting George, the store manager, everything changed. George was incredibly knowledgeable, genuine, and never once made me feel like I was dealing with a salesperson. It honestly felt like I was buying a bed from a friend who genuinely wanted to help me find what was best for me. He took the time to explain everything about the mattress, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand why it was the right fit. Even though the mattress I ended up choosing cost more than my original order, George worked out an amazing deal that made the upgrade an easy decision. On top of that, it was great talking with him about our shared love for Lexus cars. Those kinds of genuine conversations are rare these days and made the whole experience even better. What really stood out to me was watching George interact with another family while I was there. He was helping a family of three with the same patience, honesty, and care that he showed me and they ended up buying a mattress too. It was obvious that he treats every customer with the same level of respect and professionalism. As for the mattress itself, it has turned out to be one of the best purchases I've ever made. George and Kyle are very professional and friendly. They make it easy to find just the right mattress. They were not pushy and took the time to answer all of our questions so that we felt comfortable with our choice. I highly recommend them both. We will recommend all of our family and friends. They also had a great selection.

My daughter wanted a new mattress for her birthday. We went to four different stores before coming to Sleep Outfitters. George was so helpful in finding the perfect mattress to fit on her bunk bed. He helped us get to a price that was also within our range. Definitely would recommend!
