I originally went to a furniture store complex (Ashley, Morris) right across the street from this location, to purchase a new bed. Terrible experience and a canceled order there. I went to this Mattress Firm 2 weeks later and my experience here was completely different. Grey was my salesperson and he was awesome. Grey did not pressure any sale and was very knowledgeable on any questions I had. I will highly recommend Grey and this store to everyone I know looking for a new bed. Thank you Grey, I really appreciate all your help, professionalism, and making my bed buying process so quick and easy.

Grey, at Mattress Firm Florence, KY (behind Canes on 18) was absolutely amazing to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He made the entire process quick and stress-free (like in & out within an hour after financing application & all in addition to having done no prior research!) He helped us find the perfect Tempur-Pedic mattress along with great pillows, sheets, and a mattress protector, all while answering every question we had with patience and expertise.
