I originally went to a furniture store complex (Ashley, Morris) right across the street from this location, to purchase a new bed. Terrible experience and a canceled order there. I went to this Mattress Firm 2 weeks later and my experience here was completely different. Grey was my salesperson and he was awesome. Grey did not pressure any sale and was very knowledgeable on any questions I had. I will highly recommend Grey and this store to everyone I know looking for a new bed. Thank you Grey, I really appreciate all your help, professionalism, and making my bed buying process so quick and easy.
View on GoogleThe store associate Grey was extremely helpful and patient with us. We came in to exchange our mattress. We were indecisive and he helped us feel confident with our decision. Grey was very knowledgeable and nice. We would definitely recommend this location!
View on GoogleGrey, at Mattress Firm Florence, KY (behind Canes on 18) was absolutely amazing to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He made the entire process quick and stress-free (like in & out within an hour after financing application & all in addition to having done no prior research!) He helped us find the perfect Tempur-Pedic mattress along with great pillows, sheets, and a mattress protector, all while answering every question we had with patience and expertise. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them. We never felt pressured, and his fast, professional service made the experience so enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a new bed right now there are extra Memorial Day discounts & a free adjustable base or $300 bedding credit! Highly recommend asking for Grey if you’re shopping for a new mattress! Come Monday we will own the 2nd coolest mattress in the world! 😜 Thanks again Grey, it was truly a pleasure meeting you! I hope your pillow always stays cool, your stop lights always green & you & your fur babies get all the love & happiness in the world!💙
