This was no pressure, and then easy sell because I came here knowing what I wanted. Come in try the different beds and see if you can find the one you want. Compared to the competition you will get a good quality bed for half the price. I will edit this in the future as I settle into my new mattress.

I was not impressed with their selection, most seemed way to firm feeling. The salesperson seemed uninterested about my needs. I was hoping to find a Memorial Day sale going on and OMF claims that they never go on sale. Wrong answer for me, I expect to save money. That was the main reason for waiting until now. I felt like they were a little smug if not completely arrogant. Still looking for that perfect mattress that comes with a perfect sale price.

Let me just start by saying Ellie was the best salesperson. She did not pressure us into buying anything, she didn’t stare or watch our every move. We found our mattress and she explained how each mattress worked, how each of them were different and was just a nice person in general. It didn’t feel like we were being rushed or pressured. They also have good quality mattresses. I bought one here about 6-7 years ago. Nothing was wrong with it, just bought a different sized bed. Still in good shape! I highly recommend this store!

We have purchased mattresses from The Original Mattress Factory three times, for twin, queen and this time a king size mattress. We like very firm mattresses, and they always make exactly what we want. They really listen carefully when you tell them what you need, and then they deliver exactly what they promised. Their people are very courteous when you talk to them at their store and when they deliver the bedding. Our experience in working with The Original Mattress Factory has always been very positive. We give them the highest recommendation.

David was very knowledgeable and genuine. I felt as if he wanted us to make the best informed decision for ourselves, even if it meant buying somewhere else. The mattresses feel high quality and seem like a great value as well!
