She support me and she was very very patient and professional she will serve you till until you find what you , She gonna make you feel very comfort with everything, She know what this customer satisfaction. You have to ask about her when you go to this Bobs discount, Florence branch . First off I would like to say I find bobs to have a nice selection and good pricing also my sales rep was super nice and helpful.. It's what happened after the purchase that locked in a 1 star review... 1st problem I had was I bought two exact couches 1 power 1 manual. The power model happened to be a display model @ the Florence location and I got a discount for it being a floor model, the manual couch was in the warehouse but management worked it out so both pieces could be picked up at the Florence location, So I had to schedule a time when help would be there to load my items, except when I arrived at scheduled time there was no help, just a store manager and myself it definitely was a struggle and not to mention they had no packaging material for the display model couch. So I walked to an adjacent store and bought tarps to keep the rainy/snow mix off my new furniture for the commute home. The next thing that has really bothered me is I bought the additional insurance for each couch. Let me tell you it sounds so good when they pitch it to you, stains broken motor's mechanisms pet mishaps key punctures Covered for 5 yrs. I get the sofas home love them, 2 weeks maybe, one of the motors in the power unit stops working, we submit a claim talk to a rep send pics they requested etc. we are told the motor has been ordered when it arrives at our address we call and schedule a repairman to come out and fix the couch. All sounds good right? Well it's going on 2 months now I have a brand new sofa in my living room stuck in the reclining position and the new motor still hasn't been delivered, Such a Joke I have no idea when said motor will be delivered and once that happens I still have to schedule a time for them to come out and fix it. At this rate I will be surprised if it happens at all!!!!

Huge fan of Bobs. This is probably the 4th different Bobs I’ve been to between multiple states. This one is certainly on the smaller side and doesn’t have an outlet section, (or ice cream) but that’s fine. Which means they don’t deliver furniture to this location, I think Cincinatti is the closest. No big deal. Our salesperson Abbey was wonderful. She gave us space and kept an eye on us, able to intervene when we looked lost or like we needed help. We did makes purchase and probably spent 15 minutes in the store. HOWEVER we used the financing option so she had to call the manager over (also named Abbey oddly enough). She was kind of rude. We opted not to do good proof and she appeared to be offended and just ended her part there, no thank you or have a good idea. Strange and definitely enough to reconsider making a purchase. But our sales person made us feel validated and heard so no harm done.

Very helpful, very professional, and very nice! I had a great experience with Jen and the manager at the end. I purchased a couch and ottoman to go with it and the whole experience was nice and just easy to do. They helped with prices, delivery and everything! Highly recommend going here! Prices are good and employees are very helpful and very kind and easy to work with!

If I could I would give zero stars… I went into the store purchased a sectional and a reclining chair. Set up delivery in store for July 1st. Went to track my delivery day of which is July 1st. Couldn’t track my delivery so I called customer service to find out the sectional that was sold to me is no longer in stock nor do I have a delivery for today . I have cleared out my old furniture to prepare for a delivery . A delivery which I will not be receiving because BOBS NO LONGER EVEN CARRIES. This is such a mess I now I have to get a refund on the whole order … I will never shop at a BOBS furniture again .
