Sleep Outfitters of Mt Juliet

My older parents greatly needed a new mattress. We first researched online and made our way to Sleep Outfitters of Mt. Juliet. There we met Steve Raimo. Steve was so kind, knowledgeable of mattresses, and tenderly listened to my parents’ needs. Steve matched them with the perfect bed and matched a competitor’s price. When there was a holiday backlog of deliveries, Steve worked to have their bed delivered asap. The delivery team members were gracious and taught my parents’ the ins and outs of their new bed. My parents highly recommend Sleep Outfitters, and I have no words to convey my gratitude for their care for my parents. Their service and care is SUPERIOR!

We bought a mattress here about two and a half years ago. It is not holding up well, but is supposed to have a ten year warranty. We went in to ask about a warranty. They said they were recent bought out by mattress warehouse and no longer had previous customer information! STRIKE ONE Then we asked about a highly-rated bed, which they have on their website with extremely inviting prices. The salesperson said they no longer carry that brand due to too many warranty returns. STRIKE TWO! I don’t have a third strike, but those two are enough for the low rating.

We went from a nearby competitor to Sleep Outfitters and it was a completely different experience. It was like going from a used car dealer to someone who wanted to solve a problem for us. Kristopher guided us through the choices available and we left with an excellent Kingsdown Sunham mattress. It's now 2 months later and it was clearly a great choice. 10/10 would work with him again.

sad a excellent experience shopping for a mattress. Kristopher greeted us when we entered, he was very polite and courteous. We told him what we were looking for and what our price range was. He showed us what he had, explained the differences in mattresses and allowed us time to talk it over. We walked out of there very satisfied that we made a great purchase at a really good price. The delivery team was on time and very polite with our order. My wife and I are sleeping soundly like never before. I highly recommend Sleep Outfitters!s

This is the place to get a great mattress, regardless of your budget. Kristopher is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have bought two Tempurpedic beds, a split king for us and a queen size for father-in-law - best beds we have ever had. He takes the best care of his customers, very personable and goes the extra mile. They have a large selection too. I highly recommend this store.
