Sheila and Kent were absolutely amazing! We had just left a competitor and explained to them the sticker shock we had, they instantly explained why that was. They took us through the bed calibration system and we were shocked that the bed the other store tried to sell us, was lower on the recommended list for us! Needless to say, we bought from Kent and Shelia and was even able to get our son a new bed and were no where close to the amount of what the other store quoted us.
