My sister and I found everything we wanted in store. Our sales representative was awesome. We picked out what we wanted online, went into the store, and showed her the pictures, and she directed us to what we had picked out. She knew her products so well. Her professionalism was excellent. She was most welcoming and knew her products so well. We would recommend your store to anyone who needed furniture. Having worked in sales and customer service for over 40 years I would hire her in a minute. So glad we chose Ashley for our purchases. The rest of the staff were so nice, from the sales reps to the store manager. Great experience! Any person who is looking to buy furniture shoukd go to our Ashley store.

I went to the show room to see if the love seat I had found online was as nice as it seemed in the photos. The colors turned out to be better than I thought. The salesperson, Derek, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. With his expertise and guidance I ended up purchasing the couch instead. Derek helped me realize that the couch would be a better fit for me than the love seat and would not take up much more room than the love seat with the center counsel. He walked me through the purchasing process explaining everything in detail. Because of his friendly and professional demeanor I purchased right then and there rather than waiting and looking at other furniture.Thank you Derek and Ashley Furniture.

Great experience yesterday with Danielle! She was awesome at helping us figure out how to use the credits from our unused warranty. However, the overall credit process is broken and incredibly unclear. Months ago, we visited the Mt. Juliet store for help, and an employee told us he couldn't assist unless we were spending additional money. Frustrated, we left, went to the Franklin location, and ended up spending $3,500 on a new couch we hadn't planned on buying.When I returned to the Mt. Juliet store later, Danielle helped us. She was incredibly sweet and understood our frustration. We decided to wait for our second set of credits to combine them for a new chair. Yesterday, after Danielle spent 30 minutes on the phone with corporate, we found out they cannot be combined. Now, we have to order a bunch of small items to use up $1,300 in credits. It is incredibly frustrating that these credits cannot just be used freely in-store, especially since we were previously told they couldn't be used on clearance items. Despite the corporate headache, Danielle is the best, and we will continue shopping here as long as she is around!

Well we gone here to look for baby furniture and there weren't none. And then this sales lady followed us all over the store and she was just a little too short for my comfort. I even slipped a church row creeper out my backside to get us some space, but she done breathed it in and kept talking to us. I'm not sure if she was Ashley or not, but she made me uncomfortable. i just needed some space. I went to their public turlets and they was so nasty that I felt compelled to miss the bowl but not on purpose. I wouldn't recommend going back. Alright now.

They had some great deals on couches and sofas, Jeff was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to assist us with any questions we had. Over pretty good experience. Similar quality to designer couches such as crate and barrel or pottery barn, but not as expensive. Best of both worlds. 5/5. 👍
