I cant say enough positive feedback about my experience with this place. I bought a sectional and a recliner. The customer service was amazing and so was the price. I had an issue with one of the pieces I purchased and the manager Matt was great to work with! I am very greatful for his customer service and how he took care of us. I had no issue at all getting it replaced at no additional cost. The warranty that comes with the furniture is top notch. I will recommend everyone i know that is looking to buy furniture to sofas and more! Ask for Matt the manager will go above and beyond to hell you.

Debbie was wonderful and patient and answered all our questions helping us make a good decision on our new dresser. Matt was efficient in getting the delivery scheduled ahead of schedule, and Blake and Robert were courteous and timely in the delivery of our product. Overall, great family business!

Debbie Whetsell helped us out. She's great! She's very knowledgeable and kind. A couple of the employees even stayed late to help us. They even deliver! Thanks everyone!!! We'll be using you again.

BE AWARE! LAZY BOY requires up to 10 weeks to deliver but if YOU ask to change the color within 2 days of purchase, forget it. The store manager won't call to see. If I could cancel the order I would but the invoice you sign says no cancelations.

My wife and I bought a sectional and recliner from Sofas & More about 24 years ago, still have the recliner, and it still looks just like it did the day we bought it. Good quality furniture. We stopped by the other day, and looking to update our living room. Sofas & More have a very friendly, helpful sales staff with a large selection of name brands like England, and Lazy boy. Easy financing.
