Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

The store was very clean and organized well. Our sales associate Jay Perez greeted us upon arrival, educated us on the difference between the styles and firmness. He gave us time to try out the beds and answered questions as needed. He was patient and very knowledgeable. We appreciated working with him. Also glad the flagship store had every model available to try.

I visited the store in naperville/ aurora area on 6-1-26 & spoke with a shaz @ lenght about por smart base system ..She took alot of time with me explaining great details , I even spoke @ lenght over the phone a few times ..ater ergo smart base I'm trying to get use 2 all the features ..but having problems linking my modes 2 my wifi. Will reach out 2 my wifi..carrier 1st. I did enjoy her ..knowledge on your products !!

Excellent customer service. Not pushy. Why do you need the other guys at hassleless? Go get a mattress at this store! Go see Rese S. He was awesome! And we have owned a TP since 2012 and keep going back. Love the product!

After extensive research, I decided to purchase the Tempur‑Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress, expecting a smooth experience from a premium brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. After waiting over 10 days, only the platform foundation was partially delivered, with no updates regarding the mattress itself. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide any meaningful status and advised me to contact the local store. Reaching the local store required multiple attempts, and I was told that such delays are “normal” and that my only options were to continue waiting or cancel the order. The lack of proactive communication and clarity was concerning. While I had high expectations for both the product and service, the overall customer support experience fell short.

Amazing experience! Jay was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions, and to make sure we found the right mattress. Didn’t feel pressured into buying, and did not try upselling us. He made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend this store!
