Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

We had an excellent experience working with Regis while shopping for our Tempur-Pedic mattress. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. Regis carefully explained the different mattress options and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs and budget. His professionalism and genuine customer service made the entire experience enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who truly knows the products and wants to help you make the right decision, we highly recommend asking for Regis!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The manager, Tom, should not be in a customer-facing management position. He falsely accused my brother of stealing his phone without any evidence, only for the phone to later be found in the back. Instead of apologizing, he chose to make baseless accusations that were humiliating and completely unacceptable. The way we were treated was deeply unprofessional and gave us the impression that we were being judged based on prejudice rather than facts. No customer should ever have to experience that. A manager should know how to handle situations calmly, respectfully, and with integrity not jump to false conclusions. I would never recommend buying from this store. Until Tempur-Pedic addresses this type of behavior and holds its employees accountable, I encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

Went to this location in search of a pillow that would help me avoid neck and shoulder pain. Regis Rosario was extremely helpful and patient and his customer service helped me lean into going with Tempur-Pedic. The location itself is very cute, too! Go lay on beds and pillows!

Judah was so informative and kind, took his time explaining & answering all of our questions. We were probably in the store for about an hour! Haha great customer service. He went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back to get our mattresses Thank you Judah ✨

My wife and I walked in very much in the market for a new mattress but unsure of where to start. Judah was incredibly kind, patient, and definitely put us at ease with the process and didn’t lay on any pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress options available and the price points/differences. We didn’t end up making a Tempur-Pedic purchase in store, but the experience was very calming (especially nestled into their quiet little corner of the otherwise busy mall), and we appreciated Judah immensely.
