Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Fantastic purchasing experience with Bradley. He was very transparent throughout the whole process, which can be difficult to find these days. The store was clean and well kept, and he gave us covers to use before we tried anything. He showed us all the different beds, bed bases, sheets, pillows, and bed covers and allowed us to choose what we thought made sense and didn't pressure us when we thought something wasn't for us. We told him we'd like to take some time, try other stores, grab some food and think on our choices and he was very encouraging of us to do that as well. We ended up buying a mattress with a base and it came with a comfortable trial period, a nice warranty and the costs were very straightforward and out the door cost did match the quote from earlier. The prices are at a premium, so you'll have to come with expectations of that. We still would do it again even at the premium prices. For reference, we went to 5 other stores in the area and still came back to Bradley. Would buy again.

Bradley is an outstanding salesperson. He is genuinely consultative and never pushy. I train consultative communication nationwide, and part of me wishes I had recorded his service; it was that good (though I did not). To be transparent, I owned a Tempur-Pedic for 14 years before this purchase, which heavily influenced my decision. That said, I invested more than planned, not because of pressure, but because Bradley clearly showed the value and negotiated options without ever saying “no,” only what he could do. At the very least, visit the store. If you’re lucky, Bradley will be working that day.

Stopped in for the first time tonight looking for a good pillow and checking out bed options and could not be happier with my shopping experience. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the perfects pillows to match my needs. Will definitely be a returning customer for a future bed purchase!

Lovely staff and great range of high-quality pillows and mattresses. Steven was super friendly and patient. Highly recommend! This is the flagship store, so you’ll find better options and official sales.

Michael, was immediately knowledgeable about what i needed as I went in to get a pillow that better supported my neck and my husband's neck and we found it. I got measured for the tempur-pedic NECK PILLOW and it was perfect. I got a medium and a large foe my husband. I also wanted lumbar support pillow for work and he recommended the best one. I would definitely consider this a stop if you want to get new pillows and measured.
