Purple - Mall in Columbia

Excellent shopping experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Interior is clean and pretty. Despite being so close to some food options at the mall there were no lingering odors. We got the full tour with lots of opportunities to test out the mattresses and pillows. The representative was super awesome! She walked us through different options and the general reviews for all the items. No sales rep pressure - conversational but gave us space to run around and test things. I felt like there was a lot of transparency when she told us that the test bed we tried had been there for a year, compared to another that had been there since the store opening. She also made sure to break down the pricing as well as included sales (in store sale was better than the one listed online!!) Definitely making a note to check the stores in the future before rushing to online shopping.

I walked in here one day because I needed to replace a mattress from an online retailer that was sagging so badly from only a month of use. I was greeted by Janyce who listened to our needs and budget, then introduced us to all our options. We tried a few mattresses and settled on the Restore Plus hybrid and premium smart base. Janyce let us take our time, never pressured or rushed us, and helped ensure we got the best deal possible with in store discounts. We opted for in home setup and delivery which is fantastic because our bedroom is on the third floor of a townhouse. They even do free removal of your old mattress if needed. Overall the experience was great and not stressful at all. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a mattress to check out this Columbia mall location and ask for Janyce.

My husband and I visited the Purple Mattress Showroom based on a recommendation from a friend. We were helped by Stephen who was both knowledgeable and patient. I most appreciated that Stephen did not make me feel pressured to buy. The showroom was very clean and the atmosphere was ideal for testing beds. Unlike other stores, mattress prices were displayed at the foot of the bed and I value the transparency.

We just had my Purple mattress delivered and I couldn't be happier. Rebecca helped guide us through the entire purchase. She was both patient and knowledgeable. We loved the fact that she offered her advice and expertise without being pushy. She even went as far as to give us her cell phone number if we had any questions later or problems with delivery. The thank you note that we received a little later in the mail was a nice touch. The level of customer service that we received should be the norm at every store! This was a great experience!
