Casper - King of Prussia

It’s rare to have an experience with a business in which each interaction is as good as the last. From being in the store, to interacting with the employees over the phone, our experience with this Casper KOP store was phenomenal. Customer service was absolutely amazing, and the employees helped us get a deal well beyond what I was expecting. I was nervous going into this process since it’s a big commitment to buy some of these items, but I never felt pushed or stupid for asking questions. Thank you to Max, Jammal, and Scott! I would highly recommend this store for any bedding needs.

Went in to see what the hype was all about. Max was super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t decide to buy a mattress today, but would come back when we are ready. Free candy was exchanged for a review, which my kids gleefully partook.

The sales staff were extremely helpful and patient for helping me to select the mattress that best suited my sleeping habits. Things fell a bit apart when it came to ordering the selected items; one suggested configuration turned out not to be available with delivery, and once that was discarded an invoice was raised without including delivery, requiring cancellation and a several day wait to get the credit charge reversed. Finally, one of the mattress covers that I bought had a tear in the fabric; the store manager advised that this was not significant and wasn't particularly helpful in getting a replacement. I found that dealing with Casper directly online was more efficient and customer oriented than dealing with the store manager for this defective product. Perhaps the store staff don't have the agency needed to make things move rapidly and to resolve issues, in which case they should suggest dealing directly with Casper online. If this was just about mattress selection, I'd give five stars. Perhaps the best use of the store is to select what you want then to order online since the online customer support is robust and customer oriented.

The store set up was wonderful making testing the beds easy. The decor is very inviting in blue and white. The sales person, Jammal was terrific . very personable and knew answers to all of our many questions. Even in this excellent situation , I found buying a bed to be a daunting task. Trying to keep track of the "experience" or the way it feels and all of the factual information of what the mattress is designed to do and prices feels very complicated to me. I wish there was a chart, or some way to organize the information better. One thing that did help us is that Casper was red highly by Consumer Report which we use for many purchases. That helped us narrow down the company that we wanted to use.

My wife and I had a great experience shopping at the K of P Casper store. It is perfectly set up to test the comfort and fit of each Casper mattress. That is enhanced by the knowledgeable staff -- specifically Jillian, who skillfully explained the materials and technology in each mattress while patiently answering all of our questions.
