Outstanding Experience at Purple – Thanks to Ryan! I cannot say enough about the exceptional service Ryan provided during our visit to the Purple showroom at King of Prussia Mall. Before coming in, my wife and I had done our homework and expected the usual high-pressure sales approach you often encounter in mattress stores. Ryan completely shattered that expectation. From the moment we walked in, Ryan greeted us with professionalism and genuine warmth. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us through the entire process with patience and expertise. His product knowledge was impressive—he explained the features and benefits of each option clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was Ryan’s ability to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. He demonstrated the products thoroughly, helped us compare options, and even worked with his manager to secure additional savings for us. That level of effort and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve ever had in a mattress showroom. Ryan exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. ​We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Purple store, and I have to give a huge shout-out to our salesman, Dewey. ​Let's be honest, mattress shopping is usually stressful, high-pressure, and confusing. Our experience with Dewey was the complete opposite. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He wasn't just trying to "make a sale"—he genuinely listened to our needs (my chronic back pain, my partner being a hot sleeper) and took the time to educate us on the technology. ​Dewey answered all one million of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. He guided us to the right models and gave us plenty of time to lie down and actually feel the difference. There was ZERO pressure. It was the best, most comfortable (in every sense of the word) shopping experience I've had in a long time. Five stars all around. If you are on the fence, go for it. And if you go to the store, ask for Dewey! He's a true professional and made the entire process a pleasure.

I stopped in out of curiosity with my family, curious if I could find a pillow to help me in my current pregnancy and need to sleep on side. I am usually intimidated by shops like this, but Ryan was so kind and answered all my questions at my own pace; made me super comfortable. I chose a pillow and headed sure I tested out others to make sure I had the right one. Day two with my new Dream Layer pillow and it’s a 10/10. It was also really fun testing the product in the store. I would like to come back for a mattress and seat cushion in the future. Thank you for such a positive and happy purchase Ryan.

Came in today looking for a new mattress. Was greeted by Dewey. A born salesmen. He was super helpful very open about the products. It was our 2’d stop but I’m fairly certain we will be back within the week to get our mattress.

I wasn't in the market for new mattress, but was curious so checked out the store. Had a great experience with a sales guy Dewey, who did an excellent job going over all the different types and options. No pressure, just info. I told him I was not going to buy and he still treated me well. I saved his info for when I need to upgrade my bed.
