The Store Manager Pablo at Tempur-Pedic on Girard is simply outstanding! He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated, making the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. He even proactively told me about the convenient parking in the back of store which instantly made my visit so much less stressful. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Five stars all the way!"
View on GoogleI understand why this store has 5 stars! I came here after having tried 5 different pillows and still waking up exhausted and with neck pain. Pablo welcomed me into the store and allowed me as much time as I needed to try all of the pillows. He was so nice and fun to talk to! He even said that as long as I bought in store I was able to return within 30 days if I didn't like! I bought two pillows. My boyfriend and I slept on them last night and woke up pain free with smiles on our faces!! Thank you Pablo for everything.
View on GoogleFantastic experience at the Tempur-Pedic store thanks to Pablo Rogoff. He took the time to help me find the perfect pillow after my old model was discontinued, and his patience and pride in his work really showed. I’m thrilled with my new pillow. Thank you, Pablo!
View on Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at the Tempur-Pedic store in La Jolla thanks to Pablo. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs before making thoughtful, helpful recommendations. Pablo clearly explained the differences between the items we asked about, answered all of our questions, and guided us toward the best option without any pressure. His expertise and professionalism made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend working with Pablo if you visit the store.
View on GooglePablo at the La Jolla store front was both helpful and professional. Walked in trying to find a particular pillow I had purchased years back but wasn’t sure of the model. Pablo took the time to search my history and informed me they unfortunately no longer make the one I was interested in. He provided insight into other options and didn’t come off as a sales person which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend!
