Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

I had a fantastic experience at the Thousand Oaks Tempur-Pedic store! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. No pressure! The store was clean, well-organized, and they had a large selection of mattresses and Temper-Pedic accessories. And a special shout-out to Beth, the sales associate who helped me — she was amazing! Beth took the time to really understand what I needed, answered all my questions with patience and honesty. Her knowledge of Tempur-Pedic products was impressive. Plus, her genuine kindness made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. Thanks to her, I'm sleeping on a Lux Breeze Medium Hybrid, and I've been sleeping better ever since. No more hot nights! I highly recommend this store — and if you go, ask for Beth! She is the best!!

I’ll start off by saying Jesse was amazing! His welcoming was comforting for us. We initially walked in just to “look around” but Jesse offered that full tempurpedic experience.We eventually ended up testing some beds and pillows and that was the best decision I’ve made. We ended up purchasing pillows and in our near future we plan to return and purchase a bed. Hopefully Jesse will be there to help us.

Jessie did a terrific job of describing the different models of beds, bases, and even pillows. We were browsing for my mother for a purchase in the future, but he was still very patient and descriptive. We actually ended up buying a new upgraded base ourselves, as this is sort of thing you have to experience to appreciate, and he showed us all of the available options. Just a great example of customer service and a fantastic product - it was a pleasure to learn from him!

I was on the fence about getting a Tempur-Pedic when I walked into the Westlake Village store. Jessie was so helpful throughout the whole process. Did not pressure me at all and was so patient and knowledgeable about mattresses and how tempupedic is different than the competition. After a few weeks of consideration, I pulled the trigger and invested in my health and sleep! Can’t wait to try out my new mattress at home.
