Sleep Number

I actually went to the Thousand Oaks location and I talked to a gentleman named Gregg. I was there to complain about the bed that I bought 12 years ago and it kept on deflating on me never to buy a Sleep Number bed again. But why is waiting to talk to him and his processing my complaint I saw it on a very, very comfortable bed and Greg not only discussed the situation with me, but I ended up buying the bed that I sat on, we took delivery the bed last Friday and I have to tell you it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life. My wife loves it. It’s the right height for everything. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore and my hips and my legs and my joints feel a lot better with this bed and I can’t take Greg enough for his patience with dealing with me and turned my frown upside down and I’m very very happy.

Excellent Store and location, layout efficient. The key takeaway is trying out the different models a plus. Most important are your representatives, Damian and Mohan, engaging in discussions on the pros and cons for each of the models and accessories.

Me and my wife had an awesome experience at this store and were able to find the right mattress for our needs. The biggest highlight of this visit was the store Associate. Greg was very helpful in our mattress selection. He answered just about every question we had. He was calm and patient despite it being late in the day closer to closing time. Never once looked at his watch or break eye contact. He was informative on providing the full information on the discounts associated with various items and we ended up leaving very happy with our mattress selection.
